Physicals for the 2010 - 2011 School Year...
Freedom will host physicals on July 27th at 6:30 pm. Cost is $27.00 — checks made out to Family Medicine. More information will be forthcoming. Also, NEXT CARE, the new place on Hoadly will do physicals for $25 anytime in the year.
